I have an app running ( APPLICATION 2022604) which I am trying to update. It seems to have gotten stuck in the update process as when I try to upload a new version I get an HTTP 409 error. In the dashboard when I click restart, archive or delete I get told there is a running process.
Is there anyway to kill this rogue process and let me update the app so my users can access it again?
