Broken terminal window

I'm running RStudio Version 1.3.878 on Windows 10 with the "Command Prompt" terminal option set. I don't use the terminal very often, but it is currently not working.

My terminal window displays an error "Error: The specified module could not be found."

I found some similar issues in the community forums. Is there any solution? Many thanks.
