Rstudio Viewer not working - Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

I am currently using expss package and 'expss_output_viewer' function to populate tables in RStudio Viewer.

However, it is no longer working and when I use 'Inspect Element', the following is the rror message in the 'Console':

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

It seems RStudio viewer is unable to connect to 127.0.0.1 localhost.

Issue handled - internet.dll from R 4.0 is being blocked by anti-virus. So went back to R 3.6.3
