RStudio Themes Applying Incorrect Colors After Update

I recently updated to R Studio 2023.09.0 (Build 463), and it appears the R Studio themes applied are not consistent with what is displayed under Global Options. Specifically, I am looking to utilize Dracula and it is applying the wrong color scheme:

This appears to be a reappearance of a previous problem discovered in 2022, but is now closed: RStudio themes dont work as expected in newer RStudio versions - RStudio IDE - Posit Community
