I recently installed the newest version of RStudio (desktop) after removing the previous version. However, whenever I try to open my RStudio app, I get this more or less blank page:

I'm very sorry, but I don't understand the instructions (for Windows), perhaps because English is not my native language.
I went to that directory (%localappdata%\RStudio-Desktop) in Windows Explorer, but I don't know what is meant with "You can then rename this directory to backup-rstudio-desktop and send it with your support request." Does that mean I should simply rename the file?

Hello again!
I uninstalled RStudio again and renamed RStudio-Desktop to backup-RStudio-Desktop and then I reinstalled RStudio. However I still have the exact same problem. Is there another way to solve this problem?
