RStudio freezes after rendering a Quarto file and using Session -> Restart R and Clear Output

Crash:

The system keeps showing "Restarting R.." forever.

Reproducible sequence:

File -> New File -> Quarto Document...

Then I render de template without any modification. It renders fine.

Now I use this sequence:

Session -> Restart R and Clear Output.

Then a little message appears showing "Restarting R..." forever.

System Information:

• RStudio Edition: (Desktop)

• RStudio Version: 2022.12.0 Build 353

• OS Version: Microsoft windows 11 Pro (10.0.22621 compilation 22621)

• R Version: 4.2.3 (2022-10-31 ucrt)

• Quarto version 1.2.335

• Your sessionInfo():
