RStudio file monitoring failure

I just updated my Ubuntu to 19.1, and now, I constantly receive the following error message everytime I load RStudio

"Warning message:
File monitoring failed for project at ".....project location and name"
Error 28 (No space left on device)
Features disabled: R source file indexing, Diagnostics"

I have not changed anything that I know, and after full uninstall/reinstall, I receive the same message.

Any ideas how to fix?

Something is consuming inotify watches on your system. See:

Thanks. I decided to reload Ubuntu back down to 18.04, and that solved the problem... I will wait for the LTS 19... version to arrive before upgrading.
