rendering r-pkgs 2e on posit.cloud

I tried converting the r-pkgs quarto book (GitHub - hadley/r-pkgs: Building R packages) into pdf by adding to _quarto.yml:

format:
  pdf:
    toc: true
    number-sections: true
    colorlinks: true
    documentclass: scrbook

and trying to build this on posit.cloud. It does not have rsvg-convert which falls out of some lua filters:

Could not convert a SVG to a PDF for output. Please ensure that rsvg-convert is available on the path.

Hi, thank you for letting us know about this. I've created an issue to address this but I don't have a timeline for when we will get to it. Thanks for your patience and we will be sure to update this post when this becomes available.

thanks!
