rsvg-convert when format:pdf:fig-format: svg fails to render in connect cloud

Hi, I try to publish a project with a pdf, and ffig-format: svg. Posit cloud failed to render and asks for rsvg-convert. rendering r-pkgs 2e on posit.cloud is related and state that it is corrected.
However I got this in the history:

Hi Xavier,

rsvg-convert is not yet one of our default system packages.

I can add it to our backlog as a request. However, it is more likely that we eventually offer users the ability to add non-default system packages. I'll circle back here when progress is made on that front.
