I can't use Rstudio because of visual bug

Hello

I install Rstudio on my laptop this morning and I can't use Rstudio.
When I go with my mouse on element some black square appear or windows splits up and I can't do nothing.

I install the last version , and old one ...
Why I can do in order too have a Rstudio working ?
