HTTP 409: 1 task already in progress Frozen?

I am getting this error when trying to deploy. I have been using shinyapps.io for years and I think this is the first time I have seen this issue:

Preparing to deploy document...DONE
Uploading bundle for document: 10029910...DONE
Deploying bundle: 7810165 for document: 10029910 ...
Error: HTTP 409
POST https://api.shinyapps.io/v1/applications/10029910/deploy
Unable to dispatch task for application=10029910 as there are 1 tasks already in progress. This is most likely a transient error. Please try again in a bit. If this error persists please contact support.
Execution halted

I may be stating the obvious (or maybe you have tried it already) but maybe you should wait a bit and then try again. It looks like others have had this issue and it resolved with waiting. See here and here. On stackoverflow one user had this solution.
