I would like to know how can I contact Posit Cloud. The system says: Your account is suspended until Dec 31, 2110 9:01 PM due to "use of paid process", but I only used 0.8 hour from 25 in a month. Please advice!

I ran into this on shinyapps.io recently. There are some libraries (mapview in my case) that directly or indirectly (through other libraries they call) launch a "headless browser" (such as Google Chrome or Chromium) to process some things, and you need a paid subscription for that. Another way to get tripped up, I'm told, is to try to launch background processes, such as parallel workers or system scripts.
