I am having unbelievable trouble opening R studio on my work laptop. I have un-installed and re-installed R and R Studio numerous times but keep getting this error. I am not very tech savy, so I am not sure how best to proceed. I have seen a post for this same error on Mac but I am using windows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your best bet is to download the older version of RStudio mentioned in the post.
