Updated RStudio to 2023.09.01, now launch fails because of a missing JavaScript module?

I also got the same behavior with a fresh install of RStudio. Can confirm that rolling back to version 2023.06.2 - 561 fixed the issue.

Edit: should note we’re on Windows 10 22H2.
