Hello folks, first time caller...
This is not a coding question per se, rather a workflow question
I currently use RNotebooks to document my QC tasks during data-review and data-validation of environmental (water) chemistry results for various data-projects. This allows me to maintain a record of any/all potential changes to a dataset while compiling and wrangling, while also providing a readable output for other staff without having to switch too much between applications. On occasion, my project-specific notebooks get a bit long...
Question: Are there references / posts, etc. that would describe a workflow for efficiently separating out portions of a RNotebook and transferring (copying) that code, data, and results to a standalone Rmarkdown document ?
Thanks in advance for any insight you might share.
