Why I am getting Access is denied?

I am trying to open R scripts using RStudio and I get the message Access is denied. Could you help me with this?

Hi,

My first guess would be this is not an RStudio issue, but one with the permissions of the files you're trying to open. Can you open the scripts in other editors like notepad? If not, then you need to change the file permissions.
