Why can't RStudio open the connection?

Error in file(file, "rt") : cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning message:
In file(file, "rt") :
cannot open file 'C:/Users/jenna/Documents/avocado.csv': No such file or directory

The file is in the directory mentioned above, and the script is also in that same directory.

Please show the code you used to try to read the file and also the result of running

getwd()
