Why aren't the same options always available when exporting a graph from Rstudio?

I have tried to export a graph from Rstudio but when searching for the export options I have realized that they are not always the same. For example, figure 1 shows that the PDF option is not available or that the graph options are limited to PNG and JPEG , I have tried with another kind of graph and in that graph all the options are available

I appreciate your help in clarifying this doubt.
