which test i need to do?

hi everyone,
for my final project in "Data Science" course i need to analyze data of salary.
my research question was " Do occupations and ages have an effect on the level of wages?"
and i want to use the data that show in the screenshot. At first I thought of doing an anova test but now I think it is not the right test..could anyone please offer me another test that can be done to answer the research question?

Couldn't you do a two-way anova? You would need to pivot your data.
