Since I just learned r programming, so I am not very familiar with this language but I need to complete it for my assignment. I hope here got someone to help me to solve the problem.

I would like to do the prediction on the "number of employees"(NoEmp) needed and how much "loan"(GrAppv) can be approved by the bank in each "industry"(NAICS) either at "urban or rural areas"(UrbanRural).
Anyone can help me by giving me any suggestions of what predictive model should I go through?
