For any issue/important suggestion I want to make to shiny, tidyverse, RStudio IDE, and many other products, I go to the corresponding GitHub repository and open an issue.
This community forums are great for discussions or Q&A problems, but this doesn't seem like the right place for tracking an issue/request
For the time being community is the best place to make a suggestion and report issues related to RStudio Cloud. I would imagine that this process will evolve over time as the product develops.
