Where should i create rstudio-connect.gcfg to configure OAuth while deploying Shiny app using Posit cloud

I am trying to build and deploy a Shiny app using posit.cloud. I am following this doc:

https://docs.posit.co/connect/admin/authentication/oauth2-openid-based/openid-connect/

It talks about creating a /etc/rstudio-connect/rstudio-connect.gcfg file to declare the OAuth config. I am not sure where this file should be created while using posit cloud. I created one under /cloud/project/rsconnect/posit.cloud/<username>/ but that doesn't seem to be helping.

Would really appreciate any help here.
