When I am typing, blue box delete.(using 2byte language)

First, I use the Mac.
on the screenshot, when I was typing see the blue box.

but my Mac run R studio, this blue box is no and deleting type.
I need space bar or right narrow.

could I tell me how to solve the problem?

Actually, I think this problem is maybe 2byte languge in Mac, But when I open the file-( before the time using the win), I again to fine blue box. So, maybe have to solve a problem
