Hi, I signed up for the 30-day trial of Posit AI Pass at posit::conf last week. I was also told that by signing up with the same email I registered for conf that our instructors (Hadley and Jenny) would be able to provide us with additional credits. I used Posit assist for the first time since the workshop yesterday and was dismayed to learn I had already exhausted my credits. By my accounting, I spent less than $5. How many should I have had and how can I learn what happened to them?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion. Here's what your account shows:
posit::conf credits: The instructor grant gave you a max of 200 credits to use only during the conference (Sept 11 to Sept 16). The rest expired when the event ended.
30-day trial: Your trial includes 5 credits, valid until Oct 14. Usage after the conference came from those trial credits, and that's the balance that ran out.
So nothing was lost or miscounted. The extra conference credits were tied to the event dates and not to your trial. I'll follow up with you directly about your account.
