Bringing this branch back to life -- what are the criteria for an HTML file to be publishable to RPubs? Self-contained? I have a library(rmdshower) presentation which I cannot seem to publish to RPubs from the preview window; shower brings in a bunch of JS and CSS stuff that it keeps as subdirectories of the project.
