I am not able to generate 3D charts with plotly package. On the Viewer window I get the message: WebGL is not supported by your browser - visit https://get.webgl.org for more info
Clicking on the link, it opens a page in my browser (Safari) where it shows that webgl is working properly.
I am working in amacOS High Sierra 10.13.6, R version 4.2.2 (2022-10-31), RStudio 1.3.1093.
Newer versions of RStudio have better WebGL support, but you won't be able to update to a newer RStudio because your version of macOS is too old (it is no longer supported by Apple or RStudio). I would recommend updating macOS to the latest version you can, and then updating RStudio to a 2022.12 build:

(despite the "dailies" name, these builds are very close to release)
