warning with qpf

Hi, Do you know how to fix this warning :

WARNING
‘qpdf’ is needed for checks on size reduction of PDFs

I would like to know if I can submit on CRAN with this warning?

You can, but your submission might fail. Better to install qpdf. What is your OS?

OS : Ubuntu 22.04
I install.package("qpdf") in R-devel and I always the warning.
