I'm wondering if it would be possible to incorporate amsmath into future visual markdown updates. My use case involves many aligned equations, and since the align tags have to be wrapped in a TeX block, I cannot see the output until knitting it, which makes the visual mode nearly useless for me. I have to imagine that there are many other people with a similar use case.
