virus scanner alert on file retrieved using rspm-offline-downloader

One of the files we retrieved using the offline downloader was flagged by uvscan as containing a virus(RDN/SuspectW97M trojan). FIle was:
9a9293f8d8734d161625f822f5c165013b7b422b18b7e9c0d6ebd2311cf7657c.tar.gz
Does RStudio scan it's repos to prevent this?
