I see that Posit has discontinued Shiny Server Pro. I am using the open source Shiny Server and I would like to know if open source users can now make use of the utilization_scheduler that was originally available for Pro users only. I have a Shiny Server that isn't making the most efficient use of its large number of cores and ample RAM because it will only spawn one process per app, no matter how many concurrent users are accessing the app.
