Recently we got this message from one of our users:
After creating the Rstudio pro session, only white screen comes. The loader spins for a little and then vanishes. When I go back and check, it shows session is active.
Tried cleaning the cache and switching to another browser, also tried incognito mode, still no changes.
Also tried resetting user's state with
sudo mv /home/s12345/.config/rstudio /home/s12345/.config/rstudio-old
sudo mv /home/s12345/.local/share/rstudio /home/s12345/.local/share/rstudio-old
Session logs are showing no issue. Status - active.
Listener bound to address 0.0.0.0 port 8788 https
Session proxy listening on 8789 https
Can you please recommend anything?
