I have a workspace I am sharing with my students. I examine their usage hours to encourage students who are not engaging with the exercise materials. The usage hours were working fine until 13Apr22, but for the last two days the usage hours have not updated (either that or the entire class has ceased working on exercises).
Can support check whether usage is being tracked? Have any others noted this behaviour, or is it just my account?
I have seen the incident update from 0001 16Apr (BST) indicating that progress was being made to resolve this problem and that project updates after Thursday were not affected. From data from my students, it does not seem as if activity conducted on Friday are properly accounted.
Will usage data from Tuesday through Thursday be corrected, or is that information lost?
We believe usage data recorded after 2022-04-16 19:57 UTC is accurate. However, usage data that was recorded between 2022-04-12 14:28 UTC and 2022-04-16 19:57 UTC may still be corrupted/missing. It's important to note the corruption did not extend to account-level rolls up, so account wide project-hour usage calculations are accurate. But usage data may be missing/incorrect for space-level and member-level summarizations.
