The shiny-server is not loading on startup.

Do I edit the Upstart script?
I have shiny-server.conf in etc/init and in /etc/shiny-server.
The app runs fine as long as I type
"sudo systemctl start shiny-server".
But I'd like to automate that bit.

Can you provide more details about your setup? At the very least on what operating system you are, and also, how have you installed shiny-server? The installer should have automatically copied the appropriate startup file and restarted the daemon.
