Hi everyone,
I was updating our posit workbench and everything worked fine until I tried to open an R session and I got the error: This widget's parent does not implement HasWidgets. I've seen this error also occurred in the past and it's commented on a couple threads but no solution is provided.
I tried updating from 2023.12 to 2024.12 and to 2024.09 but both versions give out the same error. However downgrading again to 2023.12 does not produce the error. I also tried resetting RStudio's state the only thing left to do is reboot but I want to avoid it so any other idea is appreciated.
