Update of RStudio Server forces shiny update

I've updated RStudio Pro on a couple of servers. After the update, whenever I try to run a shiny app by clicking on run shiny app button, I get this popup.

My shiny apps were developped using shiny 1.0.5.

Does anyone have any idea why this popup keeps showing up ?
