Up/Down arrow keys open browser window

For over a year now, I've had a problem when using Rstudio, where if I hit the Up or Down arrow keys, it will open Firefox in order to open this link:

I've asked around for a solution and found no help for my problem. I've just lived with it, but now that I have 2 courses that both heavily use R, it's become unbearable. Can anyone explain why it's doing this?
