unmet dependencies tidyverse ubuntu 22.04

Hi,
I successfully installed R: R version 4.3.1 (2023-06-16) -- "Beagle Scouts"
Platform: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu (64-bit)
on Ubunto 22.04 LTS following the instructions in Ubuntu Packages For R - Brief Instructions
I added the repository c2d4u4 and after running:
sudo apt install r-cran-tidyverse
I get the following output in spanish:

Los siguientes paquetes tienen dependencias incumplidas:
r-cran-tidyverse : Depende: r-cran-ragg pero no es instalable
E: No se pudieron corregir los problemas, usted ha retenido paquetes rotos.
It says that the mentioned package has unmet dependencies and that there are broken packages on hold.
It is a brand new installation of Ubuntu with no previous version or R.
Please help.
Luis

install.packages(“ragg”)

Thank you, but it gives the same problem.
I solved the problem using the package aptitude with the option -f in the terminal.
sudo aptitude -f install r-cran-tidyverse
I accepted the second suggestion, which it was no installing the package you say and installing the tidyverse in spite of the problems.
Hope this can help others
Luis
