Since a few days I seem unable either to authenticate to connect to Posit Connect Cloud or to do anything while logged in, including accessing dahsboards for live data collections - I have various error messages including "Unable to authenticate, please try again later." and "Unexpected error. Please try again later." despite having subscribed to the Enhanced Plan which should be more than sufficient for my needs. I tried to refresh my browser but no luck

Yes, apologies for the disruption. There is an active issue that we are investigating, we believe we have identified the problem and things should be recovering. We will keep that status page up to date.
