Unable to push the commits because a large data file even when the file was deleted

I committed a large data file to GitHub and that gave me an error so I couldn't push the files. I deleted the file but when make a new push it gave me the same error.

How can I fix this error?

I don’t have problem leaving the file out (I deleted the file), but I need to push the other files.

Yeah, they won’t take more than 50MB. Here’s the options.
