Unable to load rio package in Rstudio for linux

Hi, I am new to Rstudio, I have installed tidyverse and rio, but once I use the library command to load them I get this message:

> library(rio)
Error in library(rio) : there is no package called 'rio'

I am using Rstudio for Linux version 4.0.4, on a Acer Chromebook 314 Intel.

This is what I got when I installed it:

Grateful for any help with this.

I tried again and got a message saying that several packages within rio were not installed. I tried to install "arrow" individually and I got an error message as per below. Could someone help please?

This means rio is already installed and your latest screenshots seems to be about installing the arrow package and the error message is complaining about your system missing the cmake library, I don't know what Linux flavor a Chromebook uses but I guess you can Google how to install cmakein your system to solve the problem.
