Transient Shiny App Interruption

Hello everyone! I'm posting this here to hopefully start a conversation and get some answers to an issue that has long been bothering me.

I have several apps deployed using, and occasionally, upon logging in, they remain stuck on the 'Please Wait' screen. I've check the logs on, which indicate no errors. I've also tried refreshing through the app dashboard, but even that gets hung up on 'Starting Instances'. This occurs suddenly on apps that have been working fine for weeks.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows what might be happening? Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
