Trademark on the cheatsheets from Rstudio?

Hello,

I created a cheatsheet of a package on mine, that interface a genomic data container (Seurat) to tidyverse.

I inspired myself to the dplyr cheatsheet, and taken the table representations style. Although the concept is the same, all the other graphical elements are different (font, spacers, etc..).

Now I'm not a copyright expert, but is there any problem with using this cheatsheet as figure in a peer-review article?
