What are some of the third party tools people commonly use with R & RStudio Server Pro?

Do you mind explaining a bit more about what you mean when you say "third party tools?" Most packages could be considered "third party," depending on what you're thinking about

I think the most common things here are system dependencies for R packages (libxml2, etc.). The list is very dependent on the packages being used in a given environment.
Other random tools in linux-land that I enjoy: tmux, htop, net-tools, iputils
Is there a certain problem you are trying to address? Are you just trying to be proactive / curious to see how others manage and administer the server?

Thank you for your response. We are not currently facing any problems so to speak but curious to see what other tools/products others are using along with RStudio Server Pro and Package Manager.
