The problem of regional language

Hi,
I have problem with using RStudio.

  1. I can start RStudio only as Administrator.
    Normal start make image
  2. If i start RStudio as Administrator, then if I try to make Plot(), I've got the next message:
    Error in gzfile(file, "wb") : cannot open the connection
    In addition: Warning message:
    In gzfile(file, "wb") :
    cannot open compressed file 'C:/Users/????/AppData/Local/Temp/Rtmp2fOLVy/rs-graphics-b20689ab-fd12-4382-a3e8-32ccf51b7f43/da0c46fe-21cb-4c2d-a30d-60ca17e2ebe5.snapshot', probable reason 'Invalid argument'
    Graphics error: Plot rendering error
  3. If I use R 3.4.3. everythings are OK
  4. Some time ago I already use RStudio on my PC and I had no problem like this.

HOW TO FIX IT? Help me, please
