Thanks @jrkrideau for making the link working. However, the post doesn't address the issue of tensorflow and keras on windows perhaps there is a mix-up in the link you intend to share.

Hi, am having issues installing & making working tensorflow & Keras in R on Windows machine is roughly the equivalent of taking your car to the mechanic and saying "My car is not working".

We need details, any error messages you are getting, what versions of R, Rstudio and Windows you are using,and how you are installing tensorflow & Keras.
