How can I access tf 2.1 to use with rstudio tutorials????

Can you clarify? I may be having a similar problem.
TF 2.1 is in beta and so no complete edition is readily available, far as I know. I am looking for a reasonably simple way to download one of the beta packages. Keydana's verbal modleing post needs 2.1.
I was able to get tensorflow to work in R by installing anaconda first, as suggested here: https://github.com/rstudio/keras/issues/649#issuecomment-458667831
I have never used Anaconda -- but having looked at your reference I believe you are looking at the problem of getting a copy of tensorflow < 2.0. But thanks for offering the advice anyway.
