Take forever to open a project just for a particular contributor

I have created a working space for students and all went well except for one particular student. It just takes forever for her (contributor) to load, open and create a project.

  1. Internet connection checked, speed ok.
  2. Relaunch project still not working.
  3. I deleted her account and asking her to join again, same issue.
  4. Try in different browser, still not working.

What should I do next?
