Right now, I have a dataframe including 100 variables. I would like to generate a
library(arsenal)
tableby() summary.
The tricky thing, among 100 variables in the dataframe, there are 20 variables having more than 2 levels. I would like to outpat the results without cat.simplify option. But the other 60 variables are ÿes/no variables, which I would like to use cat.simplify option. How to specify the cat.simplify option by variables?
