t test on samples subset

Hi all,

I have a table with different individuals in the columns and different parameters in the rows. The individuals could be "Patient" (PZ) or "Controls" (CTR). I'd like to make t-test of every row between the PZ and the CTR group.
How can I create a subset of my samples?
