Switch tab within RStudio from last on RHS to first on LHS

Can you switch from the last tab on the right, to the first on the left within RStudio? with <CTRL + TAB> and the same in the other direction with <CTRL + SHIFT + TAB>?

Yes! Under Tools -> Global Options, check Wrap around when navigating to previous/next tab.
